Description
The Bavaria 50 Cruiser Almost Free is a large cruising yacht providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for a few small families, or a group of ten adults. The forward side cabins provide bunk beds which are popular with children. Almost Free can welcome ten people in five cabins. There is a cabin forward of the galley with two bunk beds, a shared head and shower opposite to starboard. A large cabin, that splits the V-berth in two, and a V-berth, are just aft of the deep chain locker in the bow. Below the decks, Almost Free is really spacious, with the salon laid out to entertain all passengers. The amply-sized table with U-shaped seating to starboard and an amidships bench could easily seat ten. The interior is well lit and airy, thanks to seventeen opening hatches and twelve ports, and comes with wood and sole options that range from light-colored ones to dark chestnut. There is a chart table in front of the starboard heads with control panel, chart plotter, GPS, VHF radio and CD/radio player. The cockpit table has comfortable seats and is covered by a bimini tent. There are also external loudspeakers in the cockpit connected to the CD/radio. Almost Free can be managed by a crew of two, although at 50 ft a larger crew always makes mooring and other tasks simpler. She is equipped with twin-wheel steering, rolling genoa and in-mast furling mainsail plus a bow thruster, making maneuvering easier. She also includes a full teak deck, chart plotter and an inflatable dinghy with outboard engine. You can book Almost Free bareboat or with an experienced skipper.
